Kill the Barney is indeed a game about killing the happy purple dinosaur that was quite popular in the early 90's due to the kid's program. For some reason, angsty 90's teens wanted to kill Barney, and there were many amateurish games dedicated to the topic. In this game, you kill things (that strangely don't look like Barney, even though the purple dinosaur is definitely the intended target of the game) by moving strategically so that they crash into each other.Kill the Barney is a humorous and somewhat controversial DOS-based arcade-style game that was developed as a parody.
